Rudolph the red nosed doggie

The dog had lived in Brindleton all of her life and everything was fine until winter came. Her name was not Rudolph and she was not a he but a she.

It made her miserable. She blamed the weird people looking like big animals but smelling humans.

It was so cold, her nose froze and turned red!

She was such in pain!

Clement Frost wanted to help her. “Rudolph, with your nose so bright
Won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?”

That was definitely a no!

But Clement Frost was patient and kind. “Do not worry, little friend, I’ll find a way to help you.”

Winter in Brindleton

Polar bears are so graceful when they swim… and when they skate?!?

Careful Mr. Frost!

“I’m too HOT to wear winter clothes while jogging! Hmpf!”

Nothing like cloud gazing in the cold snow…

Why is that snowman so angry?

You’d expect cute bunnies to make a more joyful snowman!

Even Vlad won’t miss the winter fun! A perfect snowman!

Happy Snowflake Day!

Preparations. My sim is a polar bear, so don’t expect anything too fancy. ;P But it’s got the essential… snow!

Final decorations.

What was your worst Winterfest present?

Clement Frost gave my polar bear a tombstone for Winterfest. Was it as a thanks for the broken fossil my polar bear gave him as a gift? He also gave him clothes… as if telling him to stop wearing a bear costume, but it’s not happening soon.

Dog poop?!? Some deserve it…

Back in the days, we got bowling alleys during dates. Times have changed, time is hard…

This is a good reason to stop the gift giving tradition. Such a waste of money and so many people give junk!

Living Outdoors

Living outdoors is not always easy… or comfortable.

When you have to go, you have to go, freezing cold or not.

And forget fishing, because the lake is frozen.

“What about ice fishing?”

It’s against regulation.

“That makes no sense! It’s an Inuit and polar bear tradition! How do brown bears survive in winter?”

Sorry, in the South, brown bears hibernate during winter, kind of…

“What about gathering?”

Only if you’re very lucky…

You can always grill meat…

Or learn to cook and get a stove…

“Very bear-like.”

Living outdoors also mean you have to face the blizzard…

…face to face!

But it’s all worth it in the end, because you live one with nature!

Nanoq Qaqortoq

Nanoq is a Sim Inuit who found his spirit animal in the polar bear. He decided to wear a polar bear suit as a tribute.

However, because of the climate changes, he was forced to move South.

He found home in Brindleton, where animals are welcome. Furries might be as well?
